Whether that was changing jobs, starting over, moving countries, or simply walking away from what no longer felt right - people often saw me as someone who moves forward with courage, alignment and confidence.
What wasn't visible to the outside, is what came before those moments. They weren’t driven by boldness for its own sake. They were driven by clarity.
I've had coaching in the past through work and also sought it out myself when I realised I was avoiding big decisions around my career, life, relationships and future. I needed the accountability, honesty and conviction to move forward.
Coaching gave me the space to think out loud, challenge my assumptions and narratives, and be completely honest with myself. Without judgement, someone trying to fix things for me, or room to hide behind excuses. The answers were often already there, but I had kept finding reasons to avoid them, postpone decisions or not fully commit.
A coach isn't simply someone who listens. They're trained to ask questions that challenge our thinking, help us recognise patterns and become more aware of how our beliefs and behaviours influence our decisions. I'd spent years learning about how people think, make decisions and develop habits, but it wasn't until I worked with a coach that I realised how I could apply that to help others.
When the chance to train as an ICF Certified Growth Coach came up in 2024, I didn't think twice. Since then, I have coached over 30 clients, delivered 200 hours of coaching, and earned my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials.

The concept for Clarity + Courage grew out of my own experiences, both personally and professionally, and years of observing what sets apart people who move forward with intention and ease, from those who are either successful on the outside but unfulfilled on the inside, or struggling to make progress and take decisions even when they have the skills, opportunities and ambition.
These observations became the foundation of my Clarity + Courage framework, which is focussed on the two things I believe are essential to meaningful progress. Many of us feel stuck when one of these is missing or stronger than the other.
Clarity without courage keeps you stuck in a loop of brilliant ideas and "I'll do this when..." timelines.
Courage without clarity often leads to action without direction or purpose.
Real progress happens when the two work together.
My approach is direct, honest and supportive. I believe that anything is possible with the right plan, the right tools and the right approach. What that looks like, is up to you.
Coaching is a personal growth journey. It can be confronting, challenging and rewarding all at once. Clients often come with a specific challenge, situation or goal, but leave with a much broader understanding of what actually is influencing how they see and approach it.
All sessions are confidential.
Each month I share one idea, one question, and one tool for senior professionals who want to live and lead with more clarity and less noise. Because changing your inner dialogue and behaviour is an ongoing practice.
