I have spent nearly two decades inside global organisations and fast-moving start-ups building brands, leading teams, and operating under real commercial pressure. I understand what it’s like to be accountable, visible, and expected to have the answers - even when things feel unclear.

My work is practical, focused, and human. We don’t talk in theory. We work on real situations: decisions you’re avoiding, conversations you’re circling, patterns that no longer serve you, and the next chapter you sense but haven’t yet named.
